This mesh has been designed for a game called TES IV: Oblivion.
The mesh itself is viewed in first person view, hence the high poly count.
Rendered with 2048 dif, normal, emissive and spec textures. The in-game mesh uses 1024 dif, normal, emissive, and a 8-bit spec texture.
The design is based on an artwork made by Dan Scott for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.
I haven't played the game. I just like most of the artworks.
